About GL

GL supplies oil mist to compressed air without filtration or pressure regulation. Nine published body/port combinations cover GL200/300/400/600. Working pressure is 0.05–1.0 MPa, with ISO VG32 or equivalent-grade oil recommended. Oil-bowl capacity increases from 25 to 380 cm³; GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl, while the smaller bodies use PC. J without bracket is marked as the standard configuration; blank includes a bracket. Compare IN/OUT direction, oil requirements, installation dimensions and refill access for replacement work.

Matching Questions

Can GL200-08 and GL300-08 replace each other because both have 1/4 ports?

A shared main port does not establish fit. GL200 has a 25 cm³ bowl and 119 mm reference height; GL300 has 75 cm³ and 169 mm. Compare oil capacity, bracket, refill access and installation dimensions using the installed label and photo.

Does GL include a filter or pressure regulator?

GL is an air lubricator only. It has no filter-grade, drain or pressure-regulation code. Check that the downstream equipment requires oil lubrication and use the recommended ISO VG32 or equivalent-grade oil.
