Connect a pneumatic tube to a female threaded port in a straight line. Select tube outside diameter and the actual port thread separately.

Turn a tube connection through 90° where a straight fitting would use too much space. Check elbow clearance and thread sealing before installation.

Join two tubes of the same outside diameter in a straight run. This tube-to-tube union has no pipe-thread selection.

- • Choose the body shape first: straight, elbow, tee, Y, reducer or speed controller.
- • Measure tube outside diameter. A pipe-thread code is separate from the tube size.
- • For R/PT, G, NPT or metric ports, send the actual thread marking or a close-up photo.
- • Cut tubing square, remove burrs, push fully home and check retention. Depressurise before removal.
Typical references for selection, not a test certificate for every configuration. Tell us any special pressure, temperature, medium or certification requirement so customer service can confirm a suitable option.
