About GZ

GZ is a manual three-port, two-position shut-off/exhaust valve for a G/GA air-preparation assembly. The 90° knob shows SUP/EXH; isolate the air supply and exhaust residual downstream pressure for maintenance. Locking against unintended operation is described by the manufacturer; selection of a system lockout arrangement requires the actual equipment context, not a universal safety or compliance promise. Seven pairs cover GZ200/300/400. Blank accessory field means bracket; J means no bracket, marked standard configuration. Combination mounting needs separately matched connection brackets. Main port and exhaust port are different fields; compare P/Q and the exact drawing.

Matching Questions

Is GZ an electrically controlled soft-start valve?

GZ is a manual 3/2 shut-off/exhaust valve with 90° operation. GV is a separate electrically controlled soft-start family. Do not add voltage or pressure-gauge suffixes to a GZ code.

Are the main and exhaust ports the same size?

Match the seven published main-port pairs separately from exhaust: GZ200 exhaust 1/4, GZ300 3/8, GZ400 1/2. Compare the P/Q dimensions, connected equipment and locking arrangement for replacement work.
