SM-ARH200 and 300 are non-relieving clean-media pressure regulators for clean air, N₂ and pure water. The PTFE diaphragm and lubricant-free fluid-contacting parts are published features; assembly and packaging take place in a clean room. Pressure range 0.05–0.7 MPa, maximum operating pressure 1.0 MPa, proof pressure 1.5 MPa, temperature 0–60°C without freezing. Only PT ports are published; G/NPT suffixes are not verified. Blank includes bracket and gauge, J omits bracket, N omits gauge; R reverses gauge direction. Both bodies use the F-GSM-ARH4007M gauge and a PT1/4 gauge connection. Reference curves distinguish air and pure water at 0.7 MPa inlet; they do not establish a single universal rated flow.
