HRS sizes 10/15/20/30/40 with 90°/180° codes, size-specific metric or PT/G/NPT ports and verified cushion boundaries. Send fixture inertia, shaft dimensions and timing for an RFQ.
Know your model? Send it with the quantity for a quote. Not sure? Start with a photo, label or description. We help identify the model and clarify availability and lead time. Mixed parts lists are welcome too.

Match an HRS Model and Rotation Requirement
AirTAC HRS specification official reference
Helpful for Model Matching:
| Structure / identity | Double-acting double-rack-and-pinion rotary table cylinder; specification sizes 10/15/20/30/40. Specification size is a model designation, not assumed shaft diameter or bore mm. Guide holes on both sides and magnetic switch slots on both sides. |
| Angle / code | Ordering angles 90° or 180°. Specification rotation range 0–190° is an adjustment/rotation range, not a publication of every angle as a standard code. All come with magnet; no S or cushion suffix in ordering table. |
| Threads / ports | 10/15 fixed M5×0.8 with no thread code. 20/30/40 1/8: blank PT, G, T=NPT. Table footnote PT/G/NPT does not apply to metric 10/15; ordering row merge explicitly excludes thread code there. |
| Pressure / proof | HRS10 operating 0.25–0.7 MPa; HRS15/20/30/40 0.15–0.7 MPa. Pressure merge boundary is after 10, unlike cushion/port boundary after 15. Proof 1.2 MPa is not working pressure. |
| Torque / repeatability | Theoretical torque at 0.5 MPa for 10/15/20/30/40: 0.33/1.1/2.2/2.8/5 N·m. Repeatable precision 0.2°. These are not energy J, cycle time s, payload kg or rated inertia. |
| Cushion / energy / time | 10/15 rubber bumper only, explicitly no air cushion. 20/30/40 bumper and air cushion, not a separate optional code. This source publishes no allowable kinetic energy, inertia, rotation-time or radial/axial load limit. Confirm rotating fixture inertia, gravity/load torque, cycle time and stops before selection; do not import another rotary series values. |
| Air / temperature / installation | 40 μm or finer filtered air; −20 to 70°C. Clear piping before connection, prevent freezing at low temperature, protect stored components against rust and cap air ports. Lubrication requirement is not stated in this source. |
| Shaft / key / mounting | Use exact size and 90/180 row dimensions. Shaft diameter DD, key W/Q, locating holes and mounting patterns differ; 10/15 length S changes with angle, 20/30/40 use separate 90/180 rows. Do not promise drop-in fit from theoretical torque. |
| Sensors / material | All have magnet; detailed switch data referred to P362, but exact switch family/model is not listed here. Confirm switch and mounting scope separately. Material illustration is based on a certain size, not a universal component BOM. |

HRS uses a double-rack-and-pinion mechanism for rotary motion. Match specification size, 90/180 angle and the size-specific thread rule, then send rotating fixture inertia, torque, shaft/key dimensions and required timing for quotation and application confirmation.
No such standard option is listed. HRS10/15 use M5×0.8 and rubber bumper only. HRS15 operating minimum is 0.15 MPa; only HRS10 uses 0.25 MPa.
The ordering table lists 90° and 180°. Send other angle requirements and fixture inertia/time. This source gives torque but no allowable energy or rotation-time limit.
