Helpful for Model Matching:
- Full code, label or installed drawing
- Bore, main stroke andadjustment if SEJ
- Magnet,mounting andthread
- Rod/seal version forSE orrelease port/pressure for BSE
- Load,speed,environment and control sequence
- Quantity and destination
- Confirm actualfamily/function,installed length and mount
- Check bore,stroke,adjustment,rod/thread and magnet
- ForBSE verify static load, pressure balance and release timing
- Confirm construction-specific accessory compatibility
Catalogue Technical Specifications
| BSE family / function | BSE single rod andBSED double rod ISO15552 profile cylinders with integrated spring/clamp-plate static rod lock. Locks either direction independently of piston travel direction. Pneumatic or manual release shown. This is distinct from standard SE pneumatic cylinder and not a dynamic brake or certified safety stop. |
| BSE operating / holding | Cylinder and lock-release operating pressure0.15–0.7MPa;proof1.5MPa. Standard temperature−20to70°C. Bore32/40/50/63/80/100/125mm. Static holding force600/900/1400/2200/3600/5500/8600N respectively;not theoretical thrust or guaranteed load capacity. |
| BSE ports / speed / strokes | Cylinder ports1/8,1/4,1/4,3/8,3/8,1/2,1/2 by bore;separate lock-release portG1/8. Speeds32–10030–800mm/s,12530–500. Standard stroke32 up to500/40 up to800/others up to1000;published maximum32=700,40=800,50–125=1000. Custom stroke requires manufacturer confirmation. |
| BSE ordering | BSE/BSED[bore]×[stroke][S][mount][G]. Blank no magnet/S magnet;blankPT/G G cylinder-thread field. No published rod-material or seal suffix inBSE ordering matrix;do not importSE C/H/N fields. Lock-release G1/8 separately fixed. |
| Locking / release sequence | Lock only after piston motion has stopped. Never stop/brake a moving piston with rod lock. Equalize both cylinder chamber pressures before release;unbalanced release may cause sudden unintended motion. Source sequence diagram specifies at least0.5s from lock to release and0–0.5s from release to motion stage;controller/load/timing must be confirmed from actual circuit. |
| BSE mounting / conflicts | BSE blank/LB/FA/FB/CA/CB/CR/TC;no FTC compatibility stated. BSED ordering matrix includesFB but accessory-selection matrix marksFB unavailable:holdBSED-FB for technical confirmation,do not falsely declare compatible. BSED auto-matches blank/LB/FA/TC. CB/CR absent onBSED. TC requires matchedTCM brackets and fixed position. |
| BSE materials / sensors | Dedicated structure anddimensions physical6/printed17. The listed rod is plated S45C; a stainless C option is not specified. Source points sensor details printed409;shared tableCMSE/DMSE with magnet requirement. Rod lock adds body length and G1/8 release port;standard SE overall dimensions cannot replace BSE. |
| BSE fit examples | BSE80:basic A321mm +main stroke,rod threadM20×1.5,body port3/8,lockG1/8,static holding3600N. BSED80:A403mm +2×main stroke. These are drawing-defined length references,not all cap/rod total dimensions;verify installed drawing. |

Quick check
Can BSE stop a moving load andcan standard SE dimensions confirm replacement?
BSE is a static rod-locking cylinder;only engage the lock after motion stops, then equalize chamber pressure before release. It is not a dynamic brake orconfirmed safety stop. StandardSE,SED,SEJ andlocking BSE/BSED have different envelopes, ports and mounts;send actual drawing/code,load and control circuit for confirmation.
