- Engineering-plastic / brass body options; seal and release collar depend on configuration

- PU or suitable nylon; confirm OD tolerance, hardness and media compatibility
- Proof / burst pressure
- Separate test conditions; request a specific requirement rather than treating a test value as working pressure
Material, colour & supply options
- Common tube OD requests: 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm; other metric or inch interfaces on request.
- Plastic / brass body and release-colour options can be discussed. Specify actual thread, equal-size or reducing ends.
Selection & installation
- Choose the body shape first: straight, elbow, tee, Y, reducer or speed controller.
- Measure tube outside diameter. A pipe-thread code is separate from the tube size.
- For R/PT, G, NPT or metric ports, send the actual thread marking or a close-up photo.
- Cut tubing square, remove burrs, push fully home and check retention. Depressurise before removal.
Supply options & packaging
PneuPart supports individual items and mixed parts lists. Include the size, colour, packaging, roll length or cut length you need. Current availability, samples and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
