Minimum actuation-flow references

Values refer to the reviewed catalogue version and cup-side connection groups. These are actuation thresholds in L/min (ANR), not universal rated flow or confirmed PneuPart supply specifications.

Preliminary circuit screening

Catalogue relation: N = floor(Q1 / Q2). Enter the generator suction flow at the target vacuum, with Q1 and Q2 on the same ANR basis. Free-air maximum suction flow is unsuitable here. This ideal comparison excludes workpiece leakage and does not approve a machine or lifting application.

Enter a target vacuum below 0 and at least −100 kPa, plus positive Q1 and Q2 values, to show the ideal reference count.

Catalogue example only: at −50 kPa, Q1 = 31 and Q2 = 5 L/min (ANR), the ideal count is 6. This is not a fixed six-cup capacity for every generator.

Installation & matching

• Connect the cup side and generator side in the specified direction. Freedom of mounting orientation does not allow reversing the flow connections.
• Porous or rough workpieces may prevent the expected operation. Check the generator curve at the operating vacuum and test the complete circuit.
• Request a drawing for the selected connection structure. Threaded, mixed and double-ended versions use different drawings; nominal connection size does not establish the mounting envelope.
