- PA6 / PA12 options; nylon grade is part of the requirement
- Common air-line reference
- 0.6–1.0 MPa (6–10 bar) as an ordinary air-line request at about 20°C; higher-pressure options by grade and wall
- Typical temperature
- −10–70°C general selection reference; wider low-temperature service requires a suitable grade
- Routing
- Firmer than many ordinary PU grades; keep an adequate bend radius and protect against rubbing
- Connection
- Use tube OD, hardness and tolerance to match the fitting
- Special service
- Moisture, chemicals, high pressure or repeated motion require grade-specific confirmation
Material, colour & supply options
- Common colour requests: blue, black, clear and orange. Roll lengths such as 20, 100 or 200 m and cut lengths can be discussed.
- Choose material grade and OD × ID separately. For a spiral hose, request usable extension and end fittings instead of assuming straight-roll lengths.
Selection & installation
- Choose PU for flexible routing, PA for a firmer line, or PE for compatible general-purpose media.
- Specify outside × inside diameter. The wall is (OD − ID) / 2; outside diameter determines the push-in interface.
- Working pressure falls as temperature rises. Burst pressure must never be used as a continuous working limit.
- Confirm colour, roll or cut length, bend space and abrasion protection. For a spiral hose give usable extension and both ends.
Supply options & packaging
PneuPart supports individual items and mixed parts lists. Include the size, colour, packaging, roll length or cut length you need. Current availability, samples and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
