- Operating principle
- Compressed-air Venturi ejector; H high-vacuum and L high-flow members are separate performance references.
- Nozzle reference
- 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm catalogue sizes; exact supply version to confirm.
- Supply reference
- H/S reference 4.5 bar; R 3.5 bar where listed. 25/30 references use a 5 bar test point; do not unify all variants.
- Vacuum members
- H: high-vacuum reference around −88 to −91 kPa in reviewed tables; L: high-flow reference around −58 kPa. Values vary by model and test table.
- Options
- M silencer; CK adjustable pressure switch; DK adjustable magnetic switch; K2 supply solenoid valve.
- Electrical options
- Coil codes reference DC24V, DC12V, AC220V and AC110V; L/G lead direction and switch ratings are separate fields.
- Selection warning
- Summary flow and curve tables differ in the reviewed catalogue; match the selected version and operating point rather than a universal rating.
Material, colour & supply options
- Choose H/L/HR, nozzle, port, silencer, switch, valve, coil and lead direction only from the selected version matrix.
- The reference tables are not proof of current PneuPart supply, stock or certification. Send the original code or a photo.
Selection & installation
- Generators make vacuum; cups grip the workpiece. Choose them as separate parts of one circuit.
- Send workpiece weight, surface, orientation and cycle time, together with leakage or porosity.
- Compare suction flow, air consumption and vacuum at the stated supply pressure.
- Use a suitable safety margin and monitored holding circuit for lifting; theoretical cup force is not a safe load rating.
Supply options & packaging
PneuPart supports individual items and mixed parts lists. Include the size, colour, packaging, roll length or cut length you need. Current availability, samples and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
