- Operating principle
- Compact Venturi generator with B boxed silencer structure or D direct-connection structure; do not share their drawings.
- Nozzle reference
- 0.5, 0.7, 1.0 and 1.3 mm in the reviewed B/D matrix; D also lists 1.5, 1.8 and 2.0 mm.
- Member reference
- S high-vacuum tables reach about −88 to −90 kPa; L high-flow tables are about −48 to −53 kPa at the reference pressure.
- Port matrix
- Supply P, vacuum V and exhaust E use separate 6/8/10/12/16 mm push-in and Rc thread combinations; not every combination is listed.
- Supply reference
- Reviewed curves use 4.5 bar; confirm supply and the selected S/L curve for the requested configuration.
- Structure options
- B boxed internal silencer and D direct connection are distinct structures; B does not inherit D nozzle range.
Material, colour & supply options
- Select B/D, S/L, nozzle and each P/V/E port from the matching matrix and drawing.
- The X185 reference is a separate material-conveying family, not a ZH generator variant.
Selection & installation
- Generators make vacuum; cups grip the workpiece. Choose them as separate parts of one circuit.
- Send workpiece weight, surface, orientation and cycle time, together with leakage or porosity.
- Compare suction flow, air consumption and vacuum at the stated supply pressure.
- Use a suitable safety margin and monitored holding circuit for lifting; theoretical cup force is not a safe load rating.
Supply options & packaging
PneuPart supports individual items and mixed parts lists. Include the size, colour, packaging, roll length or cut length you need. Current availability, samples and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
