Selection & installation
- Select plug stem OD matching the one-touch fitting receiving port (4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 16 mm).
- Insert completely until seated. Verify retention before pressurizing.

Frequently asked questions
How is the KQ2P plug installed and removed?
Simply push the plug stem firmly into the one-touch fitting release ring until fully seated. To remove, depress the release collar and pull the plug out.
Can this plug be used directly on the end of a flexible tube?
No. KQ2P is designed to insert into a female push-in fitting port (the same port that receives a tube). To cap a tube end directly, an intermediate union coupling or union cap is required.
Which sizes are maintained in warehouse stock?
Sizes Φ4 mm through Φ16 mm are maintained as standard warehouse stock in bulk packaging for quick fulfillment.
